History
Exceptional BIM Ltd is a Mauritian registered company. Stemming
from 30 years of industry experience with deep roots in project management and education,
Exceptional BIM Foundation was launched during 2020. The founder, Vaughan Harris aka 'Baron of BIM' has a wealth of history working in the think tanks and leadership development arena within the built environment. His Strong business development skills, succession planning and training development has also led him to founding various successful BIM organization in support of the ongoing development for building information modelling guidelines and standards within developing countries.

Vaughan Harris
Vaughan (aka ‘The Baron of BIM’) has 30 years of experience, 8 devoted to building information modelling, he is recognised as a leader and achiever in digital transformation on many iconic projects within Africa and neighbouring countries. Vaughan’s skills are tuned to the leadership, management and experience in building information modelling through the supply chain and academia.
Dylan Bodenstein
Dylan has been involved in all facets of the development lifecycle, including initial pre-planning and feasibility studies, programming, cost control, procurement and final delivery to agreed timescales and budgets.
