Architectural BIM Design Guidelines
To make modeling successful, project-specific priorities and objectives must be set for models and model utilization. Project-specific requirements should be defined and documented on the basis of the objectives and general requirements set within the architects model. The following guidelines are developed to aid and guide designers during this process.
Estimating is one of the key modules of Candy. It is based on first principles estimating which is a key function to generating powerful tender and resource analysis information. This information is seamlessly available to all other modules in Candy and naturally flows from the tender to post-tender stage of your projects. We have specifically targeted the contractor’s requirements, from on-screen quantity measurement, estimating and planning a project, controlling at site level, through to the final account with the client.

The essentials for every BIM Co-ordinator / Manager
This course aims at developing learner’s knowledge and skills as a BIM Co Ordinator in interpreting and co-ordinating various digital standards, including, BIM execution plan development and digital scope of works for various project delivery types. It is also aimed at developing learners understanding of theory and practice when Interacting with "Graphical Data and non-graphical data.
Z - Contractors BIM Rules of Engagement
This tier 2 course explores the contractor’s roles and BIM guidelines when working with models in multiple perspectives including the context of construction planning and simulation, procurement, and estimating. The contractor’s module aims at developing learner’s knowledge and skills in interpreting and applying the building assembly model requirements and providing a collaborative guideline when working with other consultants on a project.
